- Tomato — 4 diced (480 g)
- Onion — 1/2 white (75 g)
- Jalapeno — 2 minced
- Cilantro — 1/2 cup (20 g)
- Lime Juice — 3 Tbsp (45 ml)
- Salt — 1 tsp (6 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lime Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Tomato, Onion, Jalapeno, Cilantro, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
