- Peanuts — 25 g cacahuetes crudos
- Lupini — 25 g altramuces
- Onion — 25 g cebolla encurtida
- Olive Oil — 3 cucharadas AOVE (45 ml)
- Red Wine Vinegar — 1 cucharada vinagre (15 ml)
- Salt — pellizco de sal (1 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar.
- Add finishing notes: Peanuts, Lupini, Onion, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
