Ingredients

  • Hazelnuts1 cup hazelnuts, roasted (240 ml)
  • Hazelnut Milk1 cup hazelnut or almond milk (240 ml)
  • White Miso2 Tbsp white miso (30 ml)
  • Red Wine Vinegar2 Tbsp red wine vinegar (30 ml)
  • Soy Sauce2 Tbsp soy sauce (30 ml)
  • Flax Seed1 Tbsp flax seeds (15 ml)
  • Oregano2 tsp fresh oregano leaves (10 ml)
  • Garlic4 cloves garlic
  • Lemon Juice1 lemon, zested and juiced (45 ml)
  • Saltkosher salt to taste

Method

  1. This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
  2. Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust salt and acid.
