- Ketchup4 Tbsp ketchup (60 ml)
- Dill Pickle50 g pickles
- Pickle Brine30 ml pickle brine
- Red Pepper¼ red pepper (30 g)
- Yellow Pepper¼ yellow pepper (30 g)
- Green Pepper¼ green pepper (30 g)
- Shallot35 g shallot
- Cognac30 ml brandy
- White Wine Vinegar20 ml vinegar
- Sugar1 tsp sugar (4 g)
- SaltS+P (2 g)
- Pepperpepper (0.3 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Mayo, Ketchup, Pickle Brine, Cognac, White Wine Vinegar.
- Add finishing notes: Dill Pickle, Red Pepper, Yellow Pepper, Green Pepper, Shallot, Sugar.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
