- Garlic1–2 garlic cloves
- Mixed Herbsabout ¼ bunch (2 g)
- Saltabout ¼ tsp (2 g)
- Lemon Juicejuice of 1 lemon (or to taste)
- Olive Oil¼ cup (60 mL) EVOO
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): OLIVE OIL, LEMON JUICE.
- Add by count: 4½ CLOVES GARLIC.
- Season to finish: MIXED HERBS (about 2½ Tbsp), SALT (to taste).
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
