- Olive Oil — 1/2 cup EVOO (120 ml)
- Lemon Juice — 1/4 cup lemon juice (60 ml)
- Salt — 3/4 tsp Maldon or flaky sea salt (3.75 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Salt.
- Add finishing notes: Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
