Ingredients
- Shallotabout 2 shallots (80 g)
- White Wine Vinegarabout 3 Tbsp (50 ml)
- Olive Oilabout ¾ cup (200 ml)
- Chivesabout ¼ bunch (6 g)
- Chervilabout ¼ bunch (6 g)
- Tarragonabout ¼ bunch (6 g)
- Saltabout ¼ tsp (2 g)
- White Pepper⅛ tsp (0.3 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): OLIVE OIL, W.WINE VINEGAR.
- Add by count: 2 SHALLOTS, ¼ BUNCH CHIVES, ¼ BUNCH CHERVIL, ¼ BUNCH TARRAGON.
- Season to finish: SALT (to taste), WHITE PEPPER (to taste).
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
