  • Parsley4 cups loosely packed tender herbs (basil/dill/parsley) (80 g)
  • Garlic2 garlic cloves
  • Serranoabout 1 serrano (5 g)
  • Olive Oil¼ cup EVOO (60 ml)
  • Capers1 Tbsp capers, drained (9 g)
  • Nutr Yeast1 Tbsp nutritional yeast (5 g)
  • Lemon Juicejuice of ½ lemon (15 ml)
  • Salt½ tsp (3 g)
  • Ice45 g

Method

  1. This sauce needs a blender. The jar is for storing it, not making it.
  2. Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust salt and acid.
