Lime Juice1/4 cup fresh lime juice (60 ml)
Yogurt3 tbsp plain yogurt (45 ml)
Olive Oil3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (45 ml)
Chives1 tbsp chopped chives (15 ml)
Cumin1 tbsp ground cumin (15 ml)
Chat Masala1 tsp chat masala (5 ml)
Sugarpinch of sugar (1 g)
Saltabout ¼ tsp (2 g)
Pepperabout ¼ tsp (0.5 g)

Method

Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): LIME JUICE, YOGURT, OLIVE OIL.
Add by count: ¼ BUNCH CHIVES.
Season to finish: TAMARIND CHUTN (to taste), CUMIN (about 1½ Tbsp), CHAT MASALA (about 1½ tsp), SUGAR (about ½ tsp), SALT (to taste), PEPPER (to taste).
Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
