Ingredients

  • Onion800g white onion
  • Habanero150g habanero chiles
  • Salt6g salt
  • Oregano18g dry oregano
  • Lime Juice80ml fresh lime juice
  • Olive Oil50ml extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lime Juice, Olive Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Onion, Habanero, Salt, Oregano.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
