- Parsley — 30g flat-leaf
- Garlic — 2 cloves grated/crushed
- Lemon Zest — zest of 2 lemons (8 g)
- Lemon Juice — juice of 2 lemons (90 ml)
- Olive Oil — 1 Tbsp EVOO (15 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lemon Juice, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Parsley, Garlic, Lemon Zest.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
