Ingredients

  • Parsley30g flat-leaf
  • Garlic2 cloves grated/crushed
  • Lemon Zestzest of 2 lemons (8 g)
  • Lemon Juicejuice of 2 lemons (90 ml)
  • Olive Oil1 Tbsp EVOO (15 ml)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lemon Juice, Olive Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Parsley, Garlic, Lemon Zest.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
