- Lemon Juice — 1/4 cup freshly squeezed (60 ml)
- Olive Oil — 1/2 cup good olive oil (120 ml)
- Salt — 1 tsp kosher (6 g)
- Pepper — 1/2 tsp freshly ground (1 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lemon Juice, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
