Ingredients

  • Lemon Juice1/4 cup freshly squeezed (60 ml)
  • Olive Oil1/2 cup good olive oil (120 ml)
  • Salt1 tsp kosher (6 g)
  • Pepper1/2 tsp freshly ground (1 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lemon Juice, Olive Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
