Ingredients

  • Creme Fraiche1/3 cup crème fraîche or mayonnaise (80 ml)
  • Red Wine Vinegar2 Tbsp red wine vinegar (30 ml)
  • Corn Syrup1 Tbsp light corn syrup or 2 tsp sugar (15 ml)
  • Dijon Mustard1 tsp Dijon mustard (5 ml)
  • Celery Seed1 tsp celery seeds (5 ml)
  • Garlic1 small garlic clove, minced
  • Canola Oil1/4 cup canola oil (60 ml)
  • Red Pepperpinch of crushed red pepper (0.5 g)
  • Oregano1 tsp finely chopped fresh oregano (5 ml)
  • Parsley1 tsp minced parsley (5 ml)
  • Saltsalt (2 g)
  • Pepperpepper (0.5 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Creme Fraiche, Red Wine Vinegar, Corn Syrup, Dijon Mustard, Celery Seed, Canola Oil, Oregano, Parsley.
  2. Add finishing notes: Garlic, Red Pepper, Salt, Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
