- Soy Sauce — 1/4 cup soy sauce (60 ml)
- Maple Syrup — 2 Tbsp maple syrup (30 ml)
- Rice Vinegar — 1 Tbsp rice vinegar (15 ml)
- Sesame Seed — 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds (15 ml)
- Pepper — 1 tsp black pepper (5 ml)
- Scallion — 2 scallions, chopped
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Soy Sauce, Maple Syrup, Rice Vinegar, Sesame Seed, Pepper.
- Add finishing notes: Pepper, Scallion.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
