Ingredients
- Olive Oil — 2 Tbsp cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil (30 ml)
- Malt Vinegar — 1 tsp Tavern Vinegar Co. Craft Beer Vinegar (5 ml)
- Pumpkin Oil — ½ tsp pumpkin seed oil (2.5 ml)
- Lemon Juice — juice of 1 lemon (45 ml)
- Lemon Zest — grated zest of 1 lemon (2 g)
- Salt — kosher salt, to taste
- Pepper — freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Malt Vinegar, Pumpkin Oil, Lemon Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Lemon Zest, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
