- Yuzu2 oz yuzu juice (60 ml)
- Water1 oz water (30 ml)
- Sugar1 tsp sugar (4 g)
- Grapeseed Oil1½ Tbsp grapeseed oil (22.5 ml)
- Olive Oil1½ Tbsp EVOO (22.5 ml)
- Saltabout ⅛ tsp (1 g)
- Espeletteabout ¼ tsp (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): WATER, GRAPESEED OIL, OLIVE OIL.
- Season to finish: YUZU (to taste), SUGAR (about 1 Tbsp), SALT (to taste), ESPELETTE (to taste).
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
