Ingredients

  • Olive Oil100 g olio EVO
  • Rosemary5 g rosmarino tritato
  • Garlic3 g aglio a pezzi grandi
  • Lemon Juice10 g succo di limone
  • Salt3 g sale
  • Water5 g acqua

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Water.
  2. Add finishing notes: Rosemary, Garlic, Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
