- Olive Oil — 100 g olio EVO
- Rosemary — 5 g rosmarino tritato
- Garlic — 3 g aglio a pezzi grandi
- Lemon Juice — 10 g succo di limone
- Salt — 3 g sale
- Water — 5 g acqua
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Water.
- Add finishing notes: Rosemary, Garlic, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
