Ingredients
- Chileabout 2 chiles (15 g)
- Garlic2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- Lime Juicejuice of 2 limes (60 ml)
- Fish Sauce2 tbsp fish sauce (30 ml)
- Palm Sugar2 tsp palm sugar, grated (10 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): LIME JUICE, FISH SAUCE.
- Shake-to-line (dashed marks): add PALM SUGAR. Spoon in, shake, and top up until the settled level reaches each dashed line.
- Add by count: 2½ CHILES, 5½ CLOVES GARLIC.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
