- Mayo — 1 cup Duke's (240 ml)
- Ketchup — 1/4 cup (60 ml)
- Sriracha — 2 tbsp (30 ml)
- Olive Oil — 2 tbsp (30 ml)
- Worcester — 1 tbsp (15 ml)
- Lemon Juice — 1 tbsp, freshly squeezed (15 ml)
- Creole Mustard — 1 tsp Creole mustard (5 ml)
- Garlic Powder — 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml)
- Onion Powder — 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml)
- Smoked Paprika — 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml)
- Dill Pickle — 1 tbsp small-diced dill pickles (15 ml)
- Celery — 1 tbsp small-diced (15 ml)
- Onion — 1 tbsp small-diced (15 ml)
- Cucumber — 1 tbsp peeled, small-diced (15 ml)
- Red Pepper — 1 tbsp small-diced (15 ml)
- Parsley — 2 tbsp freshly chopped (30 ml)
- Salt — to taste
- Pepper — to taste
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Mayo, Ketchup, Sriracha, Olive Oil, Worcester, Lemon Juice, Creole Mustard, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Smoked Paprika, Dill Pickle, Celery, Onion, Cucumber, Red Pepper, Parsley.
- Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
