Ingredients
- Olive Oil — 1/4 cup EVOO (from pepita fry-off) (60 ml)
- Lemon Juice — 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice (80 ml)
- Sumac — 2 tsp sumac (or 1 tsp lemon zest) (10 ml)
- Salt — salt (2 g)
- Pepper — pepper (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Sumac.
- Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
