- Olive Oil4 tbsp olive oil (60 ml)
- Balsamic1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (15 ml)
- Lemon Juicelemon squeeze
- Saltpinch salt (1 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): OLIVE OIL, BALSAMIC.
- Season to finish: LEMON JUICE (to taste), SALT (about ½ tsp).
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
