Ingredients

Water500 g water
Dashi11 g dashi powder
Garlic30 g garlic

White Wine Vinegar50 g white wine vinegar
Soy Sauce35 g soy sauce
Xanthan1 g xanthan

Method

Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Water, Dashi, Olive Oil, White Wine Vinegar, Soy Sauce.
Add finishing notes: Garlic, Xanthan.
Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
