- Rapeseed Oil1 cup + 1/4 cup rapeseed oil (300 ml)
- White Balsamicabout 6 Tbsp (100 ml)
- Powdered Sugar20 g
- Salt½ tsp (3 g)
- White Pepperabout ½ tsp (1 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): RAPESEED OIL, W.BALSAMIC.
- Season to finish: POWDERED SUGAR (about 1 Tbsp), SALT (to taste), WHITE PEPPER (to taste).
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
