- Lemon Juice5ml lemon juice
- Olive Oilabout ¼ cup (65 ml)
- Vegetable Oilabout 1½ Tbsp (20 ml)
- Saltabout ¼ tsp (2 g)
- Pepperabout ¼ tsp (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): OLIVE OIL, VEGETABLE OIL, LEMON JUICE.
- Season to finish: SALT (about 1 tsp), PEPPER (about ¾ tsp).
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
