Ingredients
- Olive Oil — 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (45 ml)
- Honey — 1 tbsp honey (15 ml)
- Champagne — 1 tbsp Champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar (15 ml)
- Dijon Mustard — 1 tsp Dijon mustard (5 ml)
- Kosher Salt — 1 tsp kosher salt (5 ml)
- Chili Flakes — ½ tsp red chile flakes (2.5 ml)
- Pepper — ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper (1.25 ml)
- Garlic — 1 garlic clove, grated
- Shallot — 1 medium shallot, minced
- Meyer Lemon — Zest of 1 Meyer lemon
- Meyer Lemon — ¼ cup Meyer lemon juice (60 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Honey, Champagne, Dijon Mustard, Kosher Salt, Chili Flakes, Pepper, Meyer Lemon.
- Add finishing notes: Pepper, Garlic, Shallot, Meyer Lemon.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
