Ingredients
- Capers — 1 Tbsp capers, drained and minced (15 ml)
- Anchovy — 4 anchovy fillets in oil, drained and minced
- Garlic — 1 garlic clove, minced
- Mint — 1/4 cup minced mint (60 ml)
- Parsley — 1/4 cup minced parsley (60 ml)
- Turnip Greens — 1/4 cup minced turnip greens (60 ml)
- Lemon Juice — 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (60 ml)
- Olive Oil — 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil (160 ml)
- Salt — Kosher salt (2 g)
- Pepper — Freshly ground pepper (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Capers, Mint, Parsley, Turnip Greens, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Anchovy, Garlic, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
