- Miso — 1 Tbsp white (18 g)
- Balsamic — 2 Tbsp (30 ml)
- Vegetable Oil — 2 Tbsp (30 ml)
- Water — 2 Tbsp (30 ml)
- Squid Ink — 1 tsp optional (5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Balsamic, Vegetable Oil, Water.
- Add finishing notes: Miso, Squid Ink.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
