Ingredients

  • Salt1 pinch salt (0.5 g)
  • Red Wine Vinegar1½ Tbsp red-wine vinegar (22.5 ml)
  • White Wine Vinegar2 Tbsp white-wine vinegar (30 ml)
  • Olive Oilabout 6 Tbsp (100 ml)
  • Water2 Tbsp water (30 ml)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): OLIVE OIL, W.WINE VINEGAR, WATER, RED WINE VIN.
  2. Season to finish: SALT (a pinch).
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
