- Salt — 1/2 tsp (2 mL) sea salt
- Red Wine Vinegar — 3 tbsp (45 mL) red wine vinegar
- White Wine Vinegar — 2 tbsp (30 mL) white wine vinegar
- Olive Oil — 1 1/4 cups (300 mL) extra virgin olive oil
- Water — 2 Tbsp (30 mL) of water
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Salt, Red Wine Vinegar, White Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil, Water.
- Add finishing notes: Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
