- Rapeseed Oil80 g rapeseed oil
- Honey40 g honey
- White Balsamic1 Tbsp white balsamic vinegar (15 ml)
- Soy Sauce15 g soy sauce
- Lemon Juicejuice of 1 lemon (30 ml)
- Water350 ml water
- Rosemary1 sprig rosemary
- Brown Butter125 g brown butter (Nussbutter)
- SaltCarpathian / sea salt (2 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Rapeseed Oil, Honey, White Balsamic, Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice, Water, Brown Butter.
- Add finishing notes: Mushroom, Rosemary, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
