- White Wine Vinegar — 40ml
- Grain Mustard — 40 (mustard; treated as 40ml)
- Grapeseed Oil — 120ml grapeseed or groundnut
- Clove — 1/2 tsp ground cloves (1 g)
- Salt — to season
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): White Wine Vinegar, Grain Mustard, Grapeseed Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Clove, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
