Method

Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): OLIVE OIL, LEMON JUICE.
Add by count: ½ SHALLOT, ¼ BUNCH PARSLEY, ¼ BUNCH DILL.
Season to finish: PEPPER (about ¼ tsp), SALT (about 2 tsp).
Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
