- Lemon Juice — 6 Tbsp (90 ml)
- Olive Oil — 6 Tbsp lemon EVOO / EVOO (90 ml)
- Poppy Seed — 2 Tbsp (18 g)
- Salt — 3/4 tsp (4.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lemon Juice, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Poppy Seed, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
