Ingredients

  • Lemon Juice6 Tbsp (90 ml)
  • Olive Oil6 Tbsp lemon EVOO / EVOO (90 ml)
  • Poppy Seed2 Tbsp (18 g)
  • Salt3/4 tsp (4.5 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lemon Juice, Olive Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Poppy Seed, Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
