- Olive Oil1/6 cup olive oil (40 ml)
- Hazelnut Oil1 tsp (5 ml)
- Lime Juice1 Tbsp lime juice (15 ml)
- Soy Sauce1/8 cup soy sauce (30 ml)
- Mirin1 tsp (5 ml)
- Pepper⅛ tsp (0.3 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): OLIVE OIL, SOY SAUCE, LIME JUICE, HAZELNUT OIL, MIRIN.
- Season to finish: PEPPER (to taste).
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
