- Capers1 Tbsp chopped capers (9 g)
- Oregano1 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano (3 g)
- Dijon Mustard1 Tbsp Dijon (15 ml)
- Parmesan2 Tbsp grated Parmesan (10 g)
- Red Pepper Flapinch chili (0.3 g)
- Garlic1 garlic clove
- Lemon Juice2 Tbsp lemon juice (30 ml)
- Red Wine Vinegar45 ml red wine vinegar
- Honey1 Tbsp honey (15 ml)
- Lemon Zest1 Tbsp lemon zest (3 g)
- Olive Oil60 ml EVOO
- SaltS+P (2 g)
- Pepperpepper (0.3 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Dijon Mustard, Lemon Juice, Red Wine Vinegar, Honey, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Capers, Oregano, Parmesan, Red Pepper Fla, Garlic, Lemon Zest.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
