Ingredients
- Olive Oil — 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil (120 ml)
- Red Wine Vinegar — 3 Tbsp red-wine vinegar (45 ml)
- Salt — Coarse salt (2 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar.
- Add finishing notes: Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
