- Red Wine Vinegar — 2 Tbsp (30 ml)
- Dijon Mustard — 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml)
- Salt — 1/4 tsp (1.5 g)
- Olive Oil — 6 Tbsp (90 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Red Wine Vinegar, Dijon Mustard, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
