Ratio by volume: Red Wine Vinegar 30 ml, Dijon Mustard 3 ml, Olive Oil 90 ml

Ingredients

  • Red Wine Vinegar2 Tbsp (30 ml)
  • Dijon Mustard1/2 tsp (2.5 ml)
  • Salt1/4 tsp (1.5 g)
  • Olive Oil6 Tbsp (90 ml)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Red Wine Vinegar, Dijon Mustard, Olive Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
