  • Cuminabout 1 tsp (3 g)
  • Salt1/4 tsp (1.5 g)
  • Red Wine Vinegar2 1/2 Tbsp (37.5 ml)
  • Olive Oil1/2 cup (120 ml)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): OLIVE OIL, RED WINE VIN.
  2. Season to finish: CUMIN (about 2 tsp), SALT (about ½ tsp).
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
