A dressing for Herbs + molasses + vinegar → emulsify with oil.
A bright dressing for salads and vegetables.

Ingredients
- Pom Molassesabout 3 Tbsp (50 ml)
- Mintabout ½ bunch (10 g)
- Dillabout ½ bunch (10 g)
- Red Wine Vinegar4 tsp red wine vinegar (20 ml)
- Olive Oil½ cup (120 ml)
- Saltabout ¼ tsp (2 g)
- Pepperabout ¼ tsp (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): OLIVE OIL, POM MOLASSES, RED WINE VIN.
- Add by count: ½ BUNCH MINT, ½ BUNCH DILL.
- Season to finish: SALT (to taste), PEPPER (to taste).
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
