- Shallot80 g finely chopped shallots
- Chervil1 Tbsp chervil (15 ml)
- Chives1 Tbsp chives (15 ml)
- Tarragon1 Tbsp tarragon (15 ml)
- Worcester½ Tbsp Worcestershire (7.5 ml)
- Ketchup100 g tomato ketchup
- Tabasco8 drops Tabasco (0.4 ml)
- Olive Oil300 ml olive oil
- White Wine Vinegar50 ml white wine vinegar
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Chervil, Chives, Tarragon, Worcester, Ketchup, Tabasco, Olive Oil, White Wine Vinegar.
- Add finishing notes: Shallot.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
