Ingredients
- Olive Oil½ cup EVOO (120 ml)
- Paprika¼ cup sweet paprika (60 ml)
- Garlic4 garlic cloves, minced
- Lemon JuiceJuice of 1 lemon (30 ml)
- Water1 Tbsp water (15 ml)
- Saltabout ¼ tsp (2 g)
- Pepperabout ¼ tsp (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): OLIVE OIL, LEMON JUICE, WATER.
- Shake-to-line (dashed marks): add PAPRIKA. Spoon in, shake, and top up until the settled level reaches each dashed line.
- Add by count: 5½ CLOVES GARLIC.
- Season to finish: SALT (to taste), PEPPER (to taste).
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
