Ingredients
- Water — ⅓ cup water (80 ml)
- White Wine Vinegar — ⅓ cup white wine vinegar (80 ml)
- Salt — 2 tsp salt (10 g)
- Bay Leaf — 1 bay leaf
- Shallot — 1 shallot, sliced
- Honey — 3 Tbsp honey (45 ml)
- Rose Water — 200 g wild Nootka rose petals
- Olive Oil — ¼ cup olive oil (60 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Water, White Wine Vinegar, Honey, Rose Water, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Salt, Bay Leaf, Shallot.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
