Ingredients
- Cider Vinegar — 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (30 ml)
- Lemon Juice — 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (15 ml)
- Agave — 1 Tbsp light agave (15 ml)
- Grain Mustard — 1 1/2 tsp whole grain mustard (7.5 ml)
- Walnut Oil — 5 Tbsp walnut oil (75 ml)
- Salt — salt (2 g)
- Pepper — pepper (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Cider Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Agave, Grain Mustard, Walnut Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
