  • Potato1 EL Kartoffel, fein gerieben (1/2 ≈ ½ EL) (12.5 ml)
  • White Wine Vinegar3 EL Weißweinessig (1/2) (22.5 ml)
  • Lemon JuiceSaft von 1/2 Zitrone (1/2 ≈ ¼ lemon) (7.5 ml)
  • SaltSalz (1 g)
  • CayenneCayennepfeffer (0.2 g)
  • Corn Oil4 EL Maiskeimöl (1/2) (30 ml)
  • Olive Oil3 EL Olivenöl (1/2) (22.5 ml)

Method

  1. This sauce is cooked on the stove — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
  2. Cook ingredients gently according to the published technique, adapted here as pantry quantities only.
  3. Finish off heat; adjust seasoning.
