Ingredients

  • Water50 cl eau (500 ml)
  • Chicken Bouill10 g poudre de bouillon de volaille
  • Cornstarch15 g Maïzena
  • Dijon Mustard60 g moutarde
  • Salt1/2 c. à café de sel complet (2.5 ml)
  • Sugar1/2 c. à café de fructose (2.5 ml)
  • Lemon Juice6 c. à soupe de jus de citron (90 ml)
  • Sherry Vinegar1 c. à soupe de vinaigre de Xérès (15 ml)
  • Olive Oil10 c. à soupe d'huile d'olive (150 ml)
  • Grapeseed Oil12 c. à soupe d'huile de pépins de raisin (180 ml)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Water, Dijon Mustard, Salt, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Sherry Vinegar, Olive Oil, Grapeseed Oil.
  2. Add: Chicken Bouill, Cornstarch, Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until combined.
  4. Pour into a cold pan and bring to a gentle simmer. The jar stays off the stove — cool leftovers to warm-to-touch before they go back in the glass.
