Method

Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): OLIVE OIL, LIME JUICE, SOY SAUCE, HONEY, RICE VINEGAR, SESAME OIL.
Season to finish: GINGER (about 2 tsp), CHIPOTLE (¼ chipotle), CILANTRO (about 1½ Tbsp), BASIL (about 1½ Tbsp), SALT (to taste), PEPPER (to taste).
Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
