- Tomato — 300 g grated
- Harissa — 2 Tbsp rose harissa (30 g)
- Garlic — 1 clove
- Cilantro — 1 Tbsp (2 g)
- Lemon Zest — 1/2 tsp (1 g)
- Lemon Juice — 1 1/2 tsp (7.5 ml)
- Olive Oil — 1 Tbsp (15 ml)
- Salt — 1/4 tsp (1.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lemon Juice, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Tomato, Harissa, Garlic, Cilantro, Lemon Zest, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
