Ingredients

  • Tomato300 g grated
  • Harissa2 Tbsp rose harissa (30 g)
  • Garlic1 clove
  • Cilantro1 Tbsp (2 g)
  • Lemon Zest1/2 tsp (1 g)
  • Lemon Juice1 1/2 tsp (7.5 ml)
  • Olive Oil1 Tbsp (15 ml)
  • Salt1/4 tsp (1.5 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lemon Juice, Olive Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Tomato, Harissa, Garlic, Cilantro, Lemon Zest, Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
