- Onion — 2 Zwiebeln (1/5) (40 g)
- Garlic — 2 Knoblauchzehen (1/5) (1.2 g)
- Mustard Seed — 2 EL Meaux-Senfkörner (1/5 = ~6ml)
- Dijon Mustard — 1 EL Dijon-Senf (1/5) (3 ml)
- Chicken Stock — 2 dl Geflügelfond hell (1/5 = 40ml)
- Horseradish — 2 EL Meerrettich, gerieben (1/5) (6 ml)
- Basil — 20 Basilikumblätter (1/5 = 4)
- Egg Yolk — 50 g Eigelb (1/5 = 10g)
- Sherry Vinegar — 1 dl Sherry-Essig (1/5 = 20ml)
- White Wine Vinegar — 1 dl Kressi-Essig (1/5 = 20ml)
- White Balsamic — 1 dl weisser Balsamico (1/5 = 20ml)
- Olive Oil — 3 dl Olivenöl (1/5 = 60ml)
- Sunflower Oil — 7 dl Sonnenblumenöl (1/5 = 140ml)
- Salt — Salz (2 g)
- White Pepper — weisser Pfeffer (0.5 g)
- Water — Mineralwasser still (30 ml)
Method
- This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
- Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Taste and adjust salt and acid.
