- Honey — 25g of clear honey
- Five Spice — 1 pinch of Chinese five-spice powder (0.3 g)
- Dijon Mustard — 15g
- Balsamic — 12g
- White Wine Vinegar — 25ml
- Soy Sauce — 5g
- Olive Oil — 100g of light olive oil
- Salt — to taste
- Pepper — to taste
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Honey, Dijon Mustard, Balsamic, White Wine Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Five Spice, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
